The website is okay overall, like it gets the job done, but I did find myself clicking around longer than I expected just to find a few things. Some pages feel kind of outdated too, which isn’t a huge deal, but it makes the whole thing feel a bit clunky. Search could definitely be better, although checkout was actually smooth, so that part was nice. I don’t know, it’s not a bad site, just not as easy or quick to use as I was hoping...

I got exactly what I ordered, no missing parts, and everything matched the listing, so I’m happy with it.

I ended up sending it back, and the refund showed up fast. Easy process overall.

I knew pretty much instantly this was going to be a smooth checkout. It was quick, simple, and I didn’t run into any issues.

I don’t remember every little detail from when I opened it, but I do remember the box looking beat up. There didn’t seem to be much padding inside either. That said, nothing was broken, so I guess it did the job okay.

I needed a couple of parts, but almost everything I was looking for was out of stock. The site itself was fine to use, but it got really frustrating checking back over and over and still seeing nothing available. It kind of felt like my need for the parts didn’t really matter, and I was just left to keep waiting.

I ordered a part for my Saiga and used their install notes while putting it on. The basics were there, and compared to going in totally blind, it definitely helped me get through the first steps without messing anything up.

That said, some of the pictures were small, and a couple of the steps felt like they were written for the guys who already know the usual tricks. I’m probably more in the regular weekend tinkerer crowd, so I ended up watching another video just to make sure I finished it right.

Shipping was fine, and the part fit like it was supposed to. I’d just like to see the install guidance made a little more beginner-friendly, not only geared toward people who work on these all the time.

Shipping was normal, and everything showed up in good shape. Overall, I’m happy with it and would use it again if I needed.....

I’ve ordered a couple of small parts from Carolina Shooter Supply, and believe it or not, they seem to actually understand the products they sell. The product notes were clear enough that I didn’t have to play the usual guessing game of “will this fit or ruin my afternoon?” Shipping was perfectly normal, which is about all anyone can ask for, it showed up when it should and didn’t require a dramatic backstory. I ordered a few parts from Carolina Shooters Supply and, shocker, the stock info was actually right. I’m sick of other places letting you order stuff they clearly don’t have, then acting like it’s no big deal when they send a cancellation email later.
Carolina Shooters Supply shipped exactly what the site said was in stock, with no annoying backorder nonsense or excuses. It was a simple order, but they handled it the way every company should, so yeah, I’d use them again

These were okay for the price. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, so in that sense they were fine. One of the parts had a few little rough edges, which I noticed right away, but it still fit where it was supposed to, so I didn’t bother doing anything about it. Shipping was about what I expected, nothing especially fast or slow. Overall, not bad at all, just kind of one of those purchases where I’m like, yeah, it works, but I’m not blown away
